  <abstract>Background : The cutaneous T cell attacting chemokine (CTACK / CCL27) is a pivotal chemokine in mediating lymphocyte migration into the skin through the binding to the chemokine receptor CCR10. The infiltration of skin by T cell appears to be crucial for the initiation and maintenance of inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases such as psoriasis . The aim of this study was to investigate the role of  CTACK in T cell homing in psoriasis . Which is a T cell mediated disease</abstract>
