N2  - This work has been carried out to present and characterize new plastic membrane ion - selective electrodes based on ion - exchangers with sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and cetyldimethylethyl ammonium bromide or cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide.The electrodes were used in the determination of SDS in pure state and in some household products such as toothpastes and a sterilizing pharmaceutical powder (femigin B powder)
