<br/><br/> This study was carried out to compare the proevalence and to evaluate the characteristics of mesiodens among Egyptian and Yemenese school children aged between 6 and 12 years . This study was performed on 4000 school children divided into two groups 2000 Egyptian children (50%) and 2000 Yemenese children (50%) . Each group consisted of 1000 boys and 1000 girls . Those children were examined climically and radiographically
