<br/><br/> The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the effect of sodium fluoride and bee propolis mouthrinses on salivary S. mutans count in some Egyptian children. Dental caries was recorded according to the criteria of (WHO, 1987), using (dmf) index for primary dentition. The children were divided into two groups, each group consists of 30 children, group 1 consisted of 30 children used sodium fluoride mouthwash (O.O25%), and group II also consisted of 30 children used propolis mouthwash (10% ethanolic extract) under parent's supervision twice daily for one month
