Enteral nutrition through Nasogastric tube is a technique often used with hospitalized patients when they present problems with oral nutrition and several studies revealed that patients receiving enteral nutrition show several kinds of complicationsThe present study aimed to assess problems associated with nasogastric tube feeding among stroke patients in El - Minia University HospitalTo fulfill the aim of the study the following research question was asked , what are problems associated with nasogastric tube feeding among stroke patients in El - Minia University Hospital ?A survey descriptive research design was utilized in this studyA convenient sample of one hundred male and female adult patients fed by a nasogastric tube , in Medical department , neurological department , recovery and stroke units in EL - Minia University Hospital The tools used for data collection were ; socio - demographic data sheet , tube related data sheet , complications assessment sheet and procedure assessment sheetResults of the present study revealed that patient developed complications including : constipation (43
