<br/><br/> Right ventricular function is known to be depressed after cardiac surgery , but the extent and mechanism is not known . To assess the effect of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery on the right ventricle . RV function was studied pre and postoperatively in 20 patients scheduled for CABG (group 1) and in age and gender matched controls (group 2) . Patients were followed up for 1 month after CABG
