N2  - In the present NDY inactivated vaccine was prepared and tetanus toxoid was added as immunopotentiator five groups of SPF chicks were vaccinated with the prepared lyophilized inactivated vaccine by (I/N, I/O, S/C) routes and HBI and inactivated paraffin oil NDV vaccine. Results of testing cell mediated immunity and humoral immunity revealed that the prepared inactivated lyophilized vaccine induced significant high lymphocyte and macrophage cells compared to the effect of HBI and paraffin oil inactivated vaccine at P value {u2264}0.05
