<br/><br/> The object of this studty was to prepare and improve some inactivated RHDV vaccines using recently isolated local field strain which identified through HA test HI test (alpha procedure) RT / PCR and the PCR product was sequenced and submitted to GenBank under JX312065 as accession number and RHDV 2010 as name. Alignment of RHDV 2010 and Giza 2006 revealed 98% nucleotide identity
