<br/><br/> The present work planned to study the immune response of sheep vaccinated with multivalent different adjuvanted pneumonic pasteurellosis vaccines (Pneumobac® vaccine; a commercial vaccine produced by veterinary Serum and Vaccine Research Institute, Abbasia, Cairo). 21 sheep were divided into seven groups (1st group was vaccinated with aluminum hydroxide gel adjuvated Pneumobac® vaccine, 2nd group with saponin, 3rd group with Montanide (ISA70)
