Behcet disease is a systemic inflammatory disorder in which the predominant lesion is vasculitis, and perivascular tissues are affected along with the vascular wall (Akar H et al., 2003). Inflammation of small vessels is a common finding, and the medial layed of arteries is usually involved, Involvement of arteries and arterioles owing to vasculitis with narrowing of the vascular lumen by focal fibrinoid deposition and fibroelastic proliferation is shown in BD, affecting the small, medium sized and large arteries
