N2  - Acute sympoms are due to the distension of the joint with blood. Range of motion of the elbow is usually limited. Creptius may be present the fragments can he palpated anterior to the radial head when the elbow is extended. Since the external bony landmarks maintain their normal relationship, the clinical findings often do not correlate with the acute disability displayed with fracture of the capitellum
