N2  - Bladder cancer is the 9th most common cancer diagnosis worldwide with more than 330,000 new cases each year and more than 130.000 deaths per year . At the initial diagnosis of bladder cancer 70% of cases are diagnosed as non - muscle - invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) and approximately 30% as muscle invasine disease . Radical cystectomy is the standard treatment for patients with muscle - invasive bladder cancer and it is also a valid option for selected patients with high - grade non - muscle - invasive bladder cancer
