The present research investigates smoke and temperature distributions inside a vehicular tunnel after a steady diesel pool fire experiment . In this investigation , a transient three dimensional CFD model is utilized where smoke transport is simulated as a single phase gas mixture while a k - omega turbulence model is adopted to simulate actual fire test reported in the literature at Alazhar tunnel
