<br/><br/> The aim of the present work is to define the optimal clinical and laboratory factors determining the outcome of COH / IUI treatment . The study will be performed as both retrospective and prospective clinical trial . Five hundred controlled ovarian hyperstimulation / intraurerine insemination (COH/IUI) cycles were recruited . The age of women ranged from 20 - 44 years considering the factors affecting the IUI success including female factors which are : age , PCO or non PCO
