<br/><br/> The new ligands 4-cyclopropy-,2,4-triazole (4-C₃trz), 1-cyclopropy-1,2,4-triazole (1-C₃trz) and 1-cyclohexy-1,2,4-triazole (1-C₆trz) have been synthesised and used as a potential ligand for preparing a novel series of Fe SCO compounds. The new complexes were characterized by IR-spectroscopy, elemental analyses, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis
