<br/><br/> This study aims at evaluating the clinical response to arthrocentesis through the combination of corticosteroids and hyaluronic acid using single needle technique. Twelve female patients were refractory to conservative treatment and were divided into 2 equal groups. In the study group, single needle arthrocentesis was performed followed by intraarticular injection of hyaluronic acid and dexamethasone in a ration of 1:1 0.5ml dexamethasone: 0.5ml hyalgan
