<br/><br/> This study aimed to assess soft tissue response following mandibular advancement surgery in class II malocclusion patients and to evaluate the correlation between soft and hard tissue changes . Results : The soft tissue changes in the chin area follow the horizontal and vertical dimensiinal changes of the bony chin in an almost 1: 1ratio. The lower lip followed the lower central incisor tip in a ratio of 0.8:1 in the horizontal plance, and 0.9:1 in the vertical plane
