<br/><br/> The thesis covers analysis of the anti-emetic drug; metoclopramide hydrochloride (MCP - HCl) mixtures either with other drugs like paracetamol (PCM) or pyridoxine (VB6) or with products resulting from its degradation. MCP - HCl / PCM mixture is used for treatment of migrain. Only two methods were found to describe determination of this mixture in literature. So analysis of this mixture has been proposed via three techniques; spectrophotometry, densitometry and high performance liquid chromatography. The proposed assays are presented in the thesis in part II (section (A): Ratio subtraction and third derivative spectrophotometric methods), part (III) (section (C): Densitometric method) and part IV (section (B), sub - section (II): HPLC method), frequently. Whereas, only Elenany reported a fluoremetric analytical assay for determination of MCP - HCl / VB6 mixture, so analysis of that mixture has been suggested via the three mentioned techniques
