All presented with BIRADS 3 and BIRADS 4 lesions categorized by mammography and US. All were subjected to contrast enhanced digital mammography and dynamic contrast - enhanced MRI. Each detected lesion was specified according to the BI - RADS classification, localisation, and lesion size (maximum diameter) on both modalities as well as the presence of additional sites of disease. The imaging findings were correlated with the pathologic results. The primary unit of analysis was the lesion ,58 lesions were detected in 54 cases. 41 / 58 of the lesions were histopathologically proven as malignant and 17/58 were benign UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
