Medical management showed good results but not sufficiently addressing the underlying cause. Laparoscopic fundoplication is now the gold standard of management in most cases , however recurrence & dysphagia are the main drawbacks. In this study, anterior hiatal repair was compared to posterior hiatal repair to reach optimum technique during fundoplication
