The design is based on the integration of renewable micro-energy systems with product - service systems using communication and information technology, which allows the ability to remotely monitor and intervene to protect the system from customer{u2019}s misuse. This will increase system components life span and achieve customers{u2019} needs. The system design is based on automatic collection of operating data via mobile wireless network to a central database. At the remote central server, the operation data is analyzed.
