This dissertation attempts to study a new bivariate distributions obtained via the same method used by Marshall and Olkin(1967) for both Lomax and generalized Lomax distributions. The parameters of these bivariate distributions are obtained at the presence of random censoring and hybrid random censoring. These topics are presented in the following chapters. Chapter I presents a basics related definitions covering types and characteristics of estimations. All types of censoring samples are also presented in addition to the definition of Lomax distribution. This chapter ends with the presentation of some displayed distributions conducted according to Marshall's and Olkin's method
