N2  - هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة وتقويم أثر المشروعات التنموية التى تقوم بها شركة (بى جى) بمدينة إدكو ضمن إطار مسئوليتها الإجتماعية من حيث البيئة والتعليم والصحة والتوظيف وتحسين مستوى المعيشة وتطبيق مبدأ المشاركة المجتمعة وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث بلغ حجمها 387 مفردة حيث تم الاعتماد على استمارة البحث ودليل المقابلة الشخصية لجمع البيانات ومن ثم تم الاعتماد على الاسلوب التحليل الكمى والاسلوب الكيفى لتحليل البيانات; The subject research aimed to study and evaluate the impact of development projects; sponsored and carried out by (BG) in Idku City in terms of environment, education, health, employment, improve the 
standard of living and local community engagement. Research methods varied between measuring questionnaire and interview guide where they were applied on a random sample of 387 units. Then 
qualitative and quantitative methods had been followed to analyze the data. Results showed negative responses of the sample towards the company activities for the preservation of environment as well as training and employment of Idku youth. However, results showed positive responses of the sample towards the company activities for the development of education and the provision of health services. With regard to improving the standard of living results illustrate that the number of respondents who agree ranked first in terms of which represented 40.8% of the total sample. As for the application of community involvement; data indicates that the number of respondents’ neutrals ranked first in terms of which represented 32.8% of the total sample
