وتأتي أهمية هذه الأطروحة من هدفها فهم وتحليل دور المؤسسة العسكرية في إدارة التحول والانتقال إلى الديمقراطية في مصر، خلال الفترة منذ 11 فبراير 2011 وحتى 30 يونيو 2012، حيث يعتبر التدخل العسكري في الحكم أحد المعضلات الرئيسية للانتقال الديمقراطي، حيث تشير العديد من التجارب الدولية إلى أن دور المؤسسة العسكرية يبدو التأسيس واضحا في حالة ضعف الدولة أو عجز القوة المدنية عن الحكم والتي ظهرت في مصر في أعقاب أحداث 25 يناير، حيث تولى الجيش إدارة شؤون البلاد في أعقاب تخلي الرئيس السابق مبارك عن السلطة، الأمر الذي أثار التساؤل حول دور المؤسسة العسكرية في إدارة المرحلة الانتقالية، ما مدى إمكانية التفاعل بين المؤسستين العسكرية والمدنية؟ The importance of this thesis comes from its aim to understand and analyze Role of the Military in the Transition Management and Transition to Democracy in Egypt, During the Period since 11 February, 2011 until 30 June , 2012, Where amilitary intervention in governance one of the Main Dilemmas of Democratic Transition, Where Many International Experiencesindicate that the Role of the Mmilitary Establishment seems clear in the Case of the Weakness of the State or the Inability of the Civil Power of overnance Which appeared in Egypt in the wake of the Events of 25 January, Where the Military took over the Management of the Country's affairs In the wake of former President Mubarak gave up power Which raised the question of the Military's role in the Transition Management What is the possibility of Interaction between the Military and Civilian Institutions ?
