<br/><br/> En face OCT is a valuable asset in the assessment of vitreoretinal  interface disorders when combined with spectral domain B scan OCT,  and is a valuable addition to the investigative technology . Our study  performed in Kasr el Ainy aimed at exploring the value of such  technology.  When used alone, en face OCT can be used to detect some useful  information as the effect of successful ILM peeling surgery in macular  holes represented by "CMDS"or concentric macular dark spots, also the  areas of deficient ILM under surface of Epiretinal membrane
