The present investigation was conducted during two successive seasons(2011and 2012) to evaluate some physical and chemical fruit properties of chosen ten seeded date palm trees among 150 palms grown under El-Frafra Oasis conditions according to panel test survey. Evaluation results showed that tested palms were arranged to three groups according to eating stage and fruit sugar content i.e., 1) fruits Rotab (palms No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5), 2) Semi dry fruits, (palms No. 6 and7), 3)Tamer fruits (palms No. 8, 9,and 10).Also, the results undicated that palm number one ( as a Rotab dates ), produced yield (112.960 kg/palm), fruit weight (14.77g), fruit size (13.00cm3), fruit acidity content (0.3%), total sugars content (55.73%) and reducing sugars content (31.98%). palm number 6 ( as a Semi dry dates ) produced yield (86.104 kg/palm), fruit weight (9.73g), fruit size (9.00cm3), fruit acidity content (0.3%), total sugars content (65.47%) and reducing sugars content (39.75%). Palm number 9 ( as a Tamer dates ) produced yield (100.640 kg/palm), fruit weight (7.96g), fruit size (7.40cm3), fruit acidity content (0.2%), total sugars content (89.80%) and reducing sugars content (23.05%). Therefore, palm No. 1,6 and9 are considered promising to be a new strain, which obtained from seeded palms grown under EL-Frafra Oasis conditions
