<br/><br/> The aim of the present study to compare the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness and ganglion cell complex (GCC) in amblyopic and fellow eyes. Cases with unilateral amblyopia, examine by SD- OCT for both amblyopic and follow eyes. This study highlights the differentiation between RNFT and GCC in amblyopic and normal eyes, Correlation between VA and RNFT and GCC, and differentiation between anisometropic and strabismic amblyopia
