As regard haemodynamics CO&CI were not decreased in patients with sepsis ; All patients had normal or elevated CO & CI with higher values in non-survivors than survivors . There was significant positive correlations between RDW, serum lactate level and shock Index . When we reviewed the literature and new studies, we didn't find any similar trials or studies Correlated RDW with Shock index or RDW with Haemodynamic parameters . also there were no studies Correlated RDW with mortality in EYPTIAN septic Patients . Finally our study and most observational studies suggest that RDW and shock Index have high prognostic value in patients with sepsis UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
