However, enhancement on DCE-MRI post TACE represents either residual tumoral tissue mixed with necrotic regions or granulation tissue. Aim of the study : Further tools additive tools are needed as DWI and subtracted DCE-MRI to assess tumour viability and need for futher TACE sessions.
