Materials and methods: Thirty two extracted human single-straight teeth with curvatures not more than 10 degrees, fully formed apices and without noticeable defects or abnormal root morphology were collected. After thoroughly washed under running water, the teeth were immersed in 5.25% Sodium Hypochlorite for 30 minutes to remove soft tissues on the root surface. The teeth were then gently cleaned with manual scaler to remove any remaining soft tissues or calculus, and stored in 0.9% normal saline until time of use.Standardization of length for all teeth was accomplished by removal of the coronal portion of each tooth atthe cementoenamel junction using water-cooled 7/8 inch dimeter diamond disk in low speed handpiece such that each root was 15mm long. The teeth were randomly distributed into four main experimental groups according to the finalintracanal medications used: Group 1(n=8): The teeth were irrigated with 5ml normal saline for 60 s. Group 2(n=8):The teeth were irrigated with 5ml 5.25% Sodium hypochlorite for 60 s Group 3(n=8): The teeth were irrigated with 5ml 0.2% chlorehexidinegluconatefor60s. Group 4(n=8): The teeth were treated withCalicum hydroxide Powdermixed with distilled water to form a thick paste for 60s UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
