The solid chelates of the different ligands were prepared and subjected to many analytical techniques such as elemental analyses, mass spectroscopy, ESR, IR, 1 H NMR and solid reflectance spectra, magnetic moment, molar conductance, XRD and thermal analyses techniques. The chelates were found to have octahedral geometry except Zn complex. New ligands and their chelates were subjected to thermal analyses (TG and DTG). The biological activity (antimicrobial activity) of the new Schiff base lignads and thier metal complexes were also screened UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
