PCMs can absorb a significant amount of heat during the daytime when room air temperature is rising above the PCM{u2019}s melting temperature. The stored heat is released during the night, when the indoor air is cooler than the PCM{u2019}s solidification temperature. Therefore, room integrated PCMs dampen the amplitude of indoor temperature swings. It can directly ensure better thermal comfort for occupants in buildings while reducing the energy consumption for an additional cooling system for rooms UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
