<br/><br/> Ectopic pregnancy is an issue that plaques woman's health in the 20 Th century so recently ectopic pregnancy is being diagnosed by new modalities as vaginal Ultrasound and serial (?HCG) while Laparoscopy remains the standard best invasive procedure for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy the main aim of recent trends in treatment is to preserve thereproductive function , this is by the use of expectant management by mean of follow up by vaginal ultrasound and serum (?HCG) or conservative surgery by mean of linear salpingostomy or salpingotomy
