To account for patient loss to follow-up (attrition), a sample size of 14 patients was selected and divided into two groups, 7 each; Group A (Test): Flap advancement using the Modified Periosteal Releasing Incision Group B (Control): Flap advancement using the Periosteal Releasing Incision Results: In our study, statistical comparison revealed no significant difference upon comparison between the groups regarding all the sides of flap advancement.
