<br/><br/>   This study included fourty children having  non-vital upper or lower, first or second primary molars and were allocated to 2 groups , group I included neem leaf extract as an intracanal irrigant and group II included 2% CHX as intracanal irrigant during pulpectomy treatment. Children were included according to the eligibility criteria from the outpatient clinic of Pediatric Dentistry Department-Faculty of Dentistry-Cairo University
