Objectives: This study aimed to validate FLI and LAP as measures of hepatic steatosis, and compare between FLI & LAP in predicting NAFLD in primary health care (PHC). Methods: This is a comparative study, data were collected from 227 participants aged 18-65 years who attended family medicine clinic (medical center) in Sherbin city- Dakahliyah governorate - Egypt. All participants{u2019} socioeconomic, anthropometric and blood metabolic indices were obtained, and food frequency questionnaires, physical activity questionnaire were completed.
