There are different treatment modalities with no satisfactory results to the patients. There are few studies on the efficacy of fractional CO₂ laser and Q- switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in treatment of KP. Objective: The aim of this study is to assess and compare the efficacy of fractional CO₂ laser, Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, and the combined use of both of them in treatment of keratosis pilaris. Patients and methods: Twenty female patients were enrolled in this study. For each patient three areas were randomly assigned to be treated by either fractional CO₂ laser (area A), or Q-switched 1064 nm laser (area C), or both types of laser (area B). All patients were assessed by digital photography at baseline and one month after the last session. Assessment was done by the two non-blinded investigators and two blinded physicians. Patients reported the degree of satisfaction or any adverse effects also after one month from the last session UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
