<br/><br/> Our study was a retrospective chart review done in Cairo university specialized pediatric hospital (Abo El-Reish hospital) for all patients who were diagnosed with Duane syndrome during the period from 2015 till the end of 2017 to study the extra ocular muscle abnormalities (muscle balance and motility) and refractive errors in the first degree relatives and siblings of patients with Duane syndrome and demographic data of the patients with Duane syndrome that includes 67 patients and 222 relatives
