Proprioception is an important mechanism in knee stability and function. In PFPS changes appear in knee proprioception which play a major role in rehabilitation. There are several methods to measure proprioception; therapists require portable, valid, and cost-effective methods to monitor knee joint-position-sense (JPS) ability. Purpose: to investigate the validity and reliability of Autocad software in measuring joint position sense in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome. Methods: thirty-nine patients (11 males and 28 females), with age ranged from 18 to35 years with mean age (24.25±3.40) years, mean weight (68.71±16.01) Kg, and mean height (164.07±10.14) cm. All subjects were assessed by the same examiner on two occasions two days apart.Validity was assessed for image capture and AutoCAD software analysis against isokinetic dynamometer device (IKD) also intra-tester reliability for image capture and AutoCAD software was obtained by the same examiner on two days apart UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
