<br/><br/> This study was done to evaluate functional and structural changes in children with Wilsons disease. And to prove that cardiac abnormalities are not uncommon in WD and are related to an underlying cardiomyopathy due to deposition of copper in heart. Methods: A cross sectional study was carried during the period between March 2017 and March 2018. The study comprises 15 children diagnosed with Wilsons disease presented to hepatology clinic, pediatric Hospital, Cairo University. All cases of the study were subjected to complete history taking, thorough physical examination. Conventional and tissue Doppler echocardiography and 12 lead ECG were performed to all cases
