<br/><br/> The objective of this study was to determine the diagnostic role of some Global DNA methylation status & cellular tumor antigen p53, Tumor protein p53 in Human serum as novel diagnostic biomarker for hepatocellular carcinoma in Egyptian patients. Finally all the experimental results evaluated and tabulated & statistically analyzed. Conclusion: Global DNA methylation status & cellular tumor antigen p53can be considered as a good diagnostic biomarkers in patients suffering from hepatocellular carcinoma
