Wecompared with 100 patients without tortuosity to determine clinical symptoms, riskfactors, angiographic findings with Gensini and Vessel scores. Results: We found 100 patients with coronary tortuosity among 788 patients (prevalence 12.69%). Female gender and age more than 65 years with hypertension were significantly associated with TCA (p value <0.001). LCX was highly associated with coronary tortuosity (52%) among the coronary arteries. We observed no significant stenosis in tortuous segment (84%). Among the cardiovascular risk factors, only hypertension was significantly associated with TCA (p value <0.001) UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
