Then, the results were analyzed by using suitable quality tools, lean principles, and Information technology which have different characteristics than the regular methods due to the very specific nature that can be applied to achieve the aforementioned purpose.This confirmed in my first published paper in an international journal of creative research thoughts (IJCRT). Education system performance enhanced in high schools of Egypt with software program which had greatly impacted speed action.This point was demonstrat ed using DMS program (online exam) which has many valuable effects especially in online examination processes and get all statistical reports that the schools need.
