The purpose of this study was to investigate the interexaminer reliability of lumbar segmental instability motion tests and to evaluate the validity of these tests with lateral flexion-extension radiography in patients with low back pain. Two groups of subjects participated in the present study, the first group was the normal subjects group, which included 10 subjects, the second group was the mechanical low back pain group, which included 20 subjects
