This is invitro study aimed to evaluate the stresses induced on the supporting structures of bilateral mandibular distal extension RPD which were divided into two groups according to the attachment on premolar teeth as the last abutments . The RPD were made with the same designs except for the retainers . The two attachments used were : Group 1 : RPD retained by resilient extra - coronal attachment (OT Reverse / 3) with splinting of first premolars
