This study included 50 patients with shoulder impingement . For every patients ; Dynamic Ultrasonography and MRI were done , with diagnostic arthroscopy was done for 10 cases . The preliminary results have shown the great role of dynamic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of shoulder impingement , with high sensitivity and specificity , as compared to MRI and diagnostic arthroscopy
