هدف البحث لاعداد برنامج تدريبى لمراقبى جودة التشطيبات المعمارية فى مشروعات التشييد والبناء فى ضوء المعــايير (محلية - اقليمية / عالمية) , وفى سبيل ذلك تم تصميم الاطار العام للبرنامج التدريبى واعداد معايير الجودة خلال مـراحل توريد وتخزين وتنفيذ وانهاء التشطيبات المعمارية واعداد دليل المدرب ليكون بمثابة المرشد الذى يستند إليه المدرب عند إجراء التدريب واعداد دليل المتدرب ليكون بمثابة المرشد الذى يستند إليه المدرب / المتدرب عند إجراء التدريب , كما تم تصميم الأدوات اللازمة لقياس فاعلية البرنامج كمؤشر لنجاح البرنامج والتى تمثلت فى (الاختبارات المعرفية) , كما تم معالجة النتائج وتفسيرها احصائياً , ووضع مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التى تحقق اهداف البحث
The aim of the research is to prepare a training program for quality controllers of architectural finishes in construction projects in light of standards (local - regional / international). To this end, the general framework of the training program was designed and quality standards were prepared during the stages of supplying, storing, implementing and finishing architectural finishes and Preparing the trainer’s guide to serve as a guide on which the trainer relies when conducting training, and preparing the trainee’s guide to serve as a guide on which the trainer/trainee relies when conducting training. The necessary tools were also designed to measure the effectiveness of the program as an indicator of the program’s success, which were represented in (cognitive tests), The results were also processed and interpreted statistically, and a set of recommendations and proposals were developed that achieve the research objectives.
