This is especially relevant given the continuous fluctuation in exchange rates, rising inflation rates, fierce domestic and international competition, and the exacerbation of regional and international conflicts that directly impact both the global and Egyptian economies. Therefore, the study aims to investigate the role of applying disclosure and transparency policies in mitigating financial crises for companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, specifically those included in the (S&P/EGX-ESG) index.
