تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الآليات الحجاجية المستخدمة في شعر الفخر والهجاء عند كعب بن مالك الأنصاري وبيان دورها في تحقيق الإقناع والتأثير خلال فترة الدعوة الإسلامية، نظرًا لأهمية دور الشعر في نشر الدعوة الإسلامية والرد على خصومها من الشعراء. وقد اتبعت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها آليات النظريات الحجاجية مستفيدة من الآليات الحجاجية لدى بيرلمان وتيتيكا، بجانب الاستعانة بمفاهيم حجاجية أخرى كالسلم الحجاجي والروابط الحجاجية، ومن خلال استقراء مادة الدراسة والتحليل اتضح أن "كعب بن مالك" استخدم مجموعة من الحجج البلاغية والمنطقية واللغوية للدفاع عن قضيته وتفنيد حجج معارضيه، كما مَثَّل شعره آلية حجاجية استخدمها في رده على مشركي قريش.

The study aims to reveal the argumentative mechanisms used in the poetry of pride and satire by Kaab bin Malik AL-Ansari and explain the role in achieving persuasion and influence during islamic preaching. Due to the influential role of poetry in spreading th islamic call and responding to its poetic opponents. To achieve its objectives, the study followed the mechanisms of argumentative theories ,taking advantage of argumentative mechanisms of (Perelman - Tetkha), in addition to using other argumentative conceots such as the argumentative ladder and argumentative links. Through extrapolation of the study material and analysis, it became clear that (Kaab bin Malik) used set of rhetorical ,logical,and linguistic arguments to defend his case and refute it . the arguments of his opponents, and his poetry represented and argumentative mechanism that he used in his response to the polytheists of Quraish.
