الرسالة عبارة عن مخطوط في الفقه الشافعي يتناول بعض المسائل المنقولة من الكتب المعتمدة في المذهب الشافعي وغيرها، تتكون من 117 لوحة، وقد قمت بدراسة حياة المؤلف دراسة كاملة من شتى النواحي، وقمت بدراسة المخطوط، وغير ذلك من المباحث المطلوبة في جزء الدراسة مع دراسة عشر مسائل من المخطوط مقارنة بالمذاهب الأخرى، وقمت بتحقيق المخطوط كاملا من أوله إلى آخره تحقيقا علميا من عزو إلى المصادر، وتخريج الأحاديث والأقوال الفقهية، وتعريف المصطلحات، واختتمت الرسالة بالتوصيات وأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث، كما قمت بوضع الفهارس العلمية المطلوبة.

All praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable Messengers, our master, and our Prophet Muhammad, and His Family and Companions. This is academic thesis submitted to obtain a master`s degree in Islamic Law, which is criticism and study of the manuscript (Munabiht (notes) to the Muftis to replay to those who ask) by Imam Abdul-Muti bin Salem bin Omar Al-Samlawi (d.1127AH). This thesis contained an introduction, study, criticism, indexes. First: the introduction which includes: The importance of the topic The reasons for choosing it The plan of research and approach of implementation Second: the part of study which includes: the bography of Imam Al-Samlawy, the essential definition of his book, and its study. This section includes two chapters each one of them contained two themes, under each theme a number of topics. The first chapter which consists four themes: the author scholarly life,
